Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Odizma-Hermes-email (the "App") and the website odizma.com, provided by ODIZMA s.a. ("Odizma", "we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App is an AI-assisted email tool. With your consent it connects to your Gmail account to read customer messages sent to the business addresses you configure, draft and send replies on your behalf, label messages, and notify you. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the Google account you connect. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for all activity done with your authorization.

3. Your responsibilities

• You authorize the App to send replies on your behalf within the rules you set, and you remain responsible for the content sent from your accounts;
• You will not use the App to send spam, unlawful, harmful or misleading content, or to violate the rights of others;
• You will comply with applicable laws, including privacy and anti-spam laws, and with Google's terms.

4. AI-generated content

Replies may be generated by artificial intelligence and can contain mistakes. The App is configured not to make binding commitments (such as final prices, payments or bookings) without your confirmation. You should review important communications.

5. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Fees

The App is currently provided free of charge or under a separate written agreement. We will notify you before introducing any fees.

7. Intellectual property

The App, website and Odizma brand belong to ODIZMA s.a. You keep all rights to your content and data.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the App at any time and revoke access at myaccount.google.com/connections. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if needed for security or legal reasons.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every message will be answered.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odizma is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
